Gator has introduced the Spindle Round Seat Drum Throne in Black, extending its Percussion Series with a round-seat option that shares the same base and hardware design as its previously released saddle-seat thrones.
The GP-DTH-SRD-BK uses a threaded spindle post with a Spin Lock adjustment system, allowing players to raise or lower the seat and secure it in place. Paired with a hinged clamp, it eliminates wobble to maintain a stable seating platform once set, with a height adjustment range of 21.0″–27.5″ (53.3–69.9 cm).
The throne features a 5″ (12.7 cm) thick, 14.5″ (36.8 cm) wide round seat with a breathable black velour top, providing a softer feel while maintaining support. A chrome-plated, double-braced steel tripod base with a wide stance and oversized rubber feet provides stability, while the heavy-duty legs feature curved ends designed to prevent contact points from piercing through the feet over time.
