Gator Cases is broadening its G-TOUR Series with two new flight cases built around common subwoofer dimensions, the G-TOUR-SUB-15 and G-TOUR-SUB-18. Each ATA-style model is sized for most 15- or 18-inch subwoofers, giving subwoofers a defined spot within the G-TOUR case family.
Both cases feature heavy-duty 9 mm plywood shells with a laminated exterior, reinforced ball corners and commercial-grade plated hardware. An aluminum valance helps create a tight lid-to-base seal, while Gator signature red recessed twist latches and spring-loaded rubber grip handles support secure closure and controlled handling.
For mobility, the G-TOUR subwoofer cases include four heavy-duty 4-inch casters, and two of them lock to hold the case in place during loading and unloading. Caster dishes recessed into the lid allow same-size cases to stack together when stored or transported.
Gray carpeted interiors line each case, with EVA foam inserts that can be positioned around the subwoofer enclosure to help achieve a snug fit and added shock absorption. The interior layout is intended to accommodate a range of subwoofer sizes within each category while maintaining consistent padding on all sides.
The G-TOUR-SUB-15 has interior dimensions of 21 x 24.3 x 25 inches (height, width, depth) and exterior dimensions of 26.7 x 23.7 x 31.1 inches including casters. The G-TOUR-SUB-18 has interior dimensions of 27.1 x 26.3 x 28.2 inches and exterior dimensions of 29 x 29.5 x 36.5 inches including casters.
The new subwoofer models join a broader G-TOUR collection that includes cases for mixers, audio racks, keyboards, truck pack trunks and other touring equipment, giving users options to build out matching case systems around their full rig.
