New additions to Gator’s G-TOUR Series bring Allen & Heath QU Series mixers into the lineup, with cases now available for the QU-5, QU-6 and QU-7, including models equipped with Dante cards. The new sizes are configured to fit the QU mixer chassis, with designs based on each model’s layout and rear connections.
The new G-TOUR cases are constructed with plywood panels reinforced by aluminum valance to help align and secure the lid to the base, along with steel ball corners and heavy-duty hardware for added impact resistance. The designs are based on the shared QU mixer chassis, accommodating both standard and Dante-equipped configurations while allowing access to rear connections when the case is open.
Cases for the QU-5, QU-6 and QU-7 are available in both standard-depth and no-doghouse (NDH) configurations. The QU-6 and QU-7 cases include built-in casters due to their larger mixer formats, while recessed handles and latches are used across all models to help reduce exposed hardware during transport.
Gator’s professional audio catalog includes road-style rack cases and mixer cases, mic stands, and other equipment designed to protect and support gear in live and studio environments. The company continues to develop purpose-built solutions for the evolving needs of the pro audio community.Ā
