Gator has introduced its first neoprene neck straps for saxophone, designed to support the weight of the instrument from the neck and shoulders. The three options, available in standard, junior and extra-long sizes, extend Gator’s saxophone offerings beyond cases, bags and stands.
Gator’s new straps feature a neoprene build with a soft backing that helps distribute instrument weight more evenly across the upper body. Each size is designed to reduce concentrated pressure around the neck while maintaining stable positioning during use. The material’s flexibility allows the strap to move naturally with the player without affecting the placement of the saxophone.
All three versions are available in black and include an adjustable length range to accommodate different playing preferences. The standard model adjusts from 16 to 20 inches, the junior version adjusts from 15 to 19 inches, and the extra-long option extends from 19 to 26 inches. Each model is compatible with alto, tenor and baritone saxophones and uses a pivot hook for instrument attachment, providing a secure connection point intended to hold the instrument in place during use.
