Gator Cases has introduced the Control Series, a new family of lightweight, molded cases designed for small, medium, large and extra-large DJ controllers. Evolving from the company’s EVA utility cases, the Control Series adds controller-specific sizing and interior layouts to better suit modern DJ equipment.
Each Control Series case features a lightweight molded shell with a water-resistant 600D nylon exterior. Inside, red tricot lining and adjustable foam blocks with hook-and-loop backing can be positioned around the controller to create a custom fit, keeping it firmly in place during transport. A padded foam lid adds protection on top, and the cases include both a carry handle and a padded shoulder strap for portability.
The G-CTRL-DJ-SM supports controllers up to 15 inches in length and 12 inches in depth, fitting models such as the Ableton Push 3, Traktor Kontrol Z1 and X1, and Reloop Ready. The G-CTRL-DJ-MD fits controllers up to 20 inches by 14 inches, including the Roland DJ707M, Denon Prime GO+, Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000 and AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2.
The G-CTRL-DJ-LG supports controllers between 20 and 29 inches in length, such as the Pioneer XDJ-RX3, XDJ-RR, DDJ-REV7 and DDJ-FLX10. For extra-large controllers over 29 inches, the G-CTRL-DJ-XL fits models including the AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ, Rane Performer, Rane Four and Pioneer OPUS-QUAD.
